At One Source Supply, every product is crafted with precision and built to meet the highest standards of quality and durability. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we ask that all orders be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Returns

Custom orders, personalized products, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

For non-custom items, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Products must remain unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify for approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution if approved.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before fabrication or processing begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
